Description

The MHS PCE 65 TM Tabletop Meat Slicer and Portioning Machine is a compact, space-saving slicer designed for butcher shops, supermarkets, commissaries and food production kitchens that need the cutting performance of a larger chop slicer in a smaller footprint. The PCE 65 TM can process both bone-in and boneless products, including chops, pork neck, pork belly, roulades, roasts, sausage and cold cuts. Optional blades are also available for applications such as cheese and bread.

With cutting speeds up to 180 slices per minute, a maximum product length of 650 mm / 25.6", and slice thickness from 1–32 mm / 0.04–1.26", the PCE 65 TM is built for fast, repeatable portioning. Its strong drive allows it to handle fresh bone-in and boneless meat products chilled or frozen down to approximately -4°C / 24.8°F.
