Many of our associates have over 10+ years and some have 25+ years in many areas in the human and pet food equipment industry. We have a combined experience level of over 125 years in the food industry and that level is growing as we continue to add new associates each month. This experience ranges from equipment design and engineering, to bottling and canning, cooking, smoking, chilling and freezing, breading and battering, full grinding and forming lines, full vacuum marinating, complete beef jerky processing lines, to sausage stuffing and linking lines.
Our team of associates are experts in the food industry and have laid out many full lines for clients around the world. We also have relationships with many equipment manufacturers and your project manager can discuss a full plant integration if that suits your needs.
We are happy to meet with you over the phone to discuss your project. Once we determine what experience is needed, we will reach out to one of our associates with that experience. We will schedule a follow up conference call to introduce the team that will be working on YOUR project. If requested, we can come to your location and meet with your team to discuss the project in more depth. You will be given a Project Manager and that will be your point person throughout the project. You will be continually updated as the project is moving along up until the installation and training of the equipment.
We can help with financing your project. RA Maxwell and Associates can assist you with customized financing that meets your sales cycles and business needs. Our goal is to provide your company with the safest, most efficient, productive and sanitary equipment for your project. Capital expenses can be kept at a minimum and there could be some tax saving to companies buying equipment through a lease-purchase program. Our financial partners can provide you that information when the time is right.
After-sales support is the concern of every processing client of ours. All machines sold by RA Maxwell and Associates or one of our authorized service distributors is backed by a one-year warranty on all non-wearable parts due to manufacturers defect of parts or workmanship.
All machines sold by RA Maxwell and Associates will be installed and set up by one of our trained service technicians. Many times, we can train one of our client's on-site maintenance people or their local service tech that handles other machines for them to handle basic service on these machines. If not, we will send in our own service techs to handle any service problems that might occur.
All machines sold will have a spare parts kit offered to our clients. RA Maxwell and Associates will also stock common wearable parts and specialty parts based on the machines sold in the market. All parts are available direct from our manufacturing partners through overnight and next day delivery if needed.
