Today we announce exciting news: RAM Manufacturing Equipment, LLC has completed its acquisition of RA Maxwell & Associates. This acquisition creates an organization even better able to serve customers and grow in the US marketplace. I’d like to note that there is no modification of the management and policies of the business other than the addition of Matt Erickson as CEO with whom I will continue working alongside for the foreseeable future.

The new name of the company will be RAM Manufacturing, LLC but will continue with the company’s current contact information, email addresses and website www.ramaxwell.com. The name change symbolizes our intention to be rooted in the principles of RA Maxwell and Associates while broadening our business platform and delivering more value to our customers.

As we complete the acquisition, effective July 1st, 2022 be assured we are committed to delivering the high level of service to which you are accustomed. Our goal is to make this a seamless transition for our customers and manufacturers. In the next following days, we will send out all the additional information needed for RAM Manufacturing Equipment, LLC to be set up for normal business operations.
