Description

The ABM F 1000 Patty Former Machine is a compact automatic forming solution for butcher shops, meat processors, commissaries and food manufacturers producing hamburgers, meatballs, croquettes and other portioned products. Designed for dependable daily production, the F 1000 can produce up to 1,560 pieces per hour with a single shape or up to 3,120 pieces per hour with a double shape.

A 16 L / 4.2-gallon hopper holds approximately 10 kg / 22 lbs. of product, while the standard 390 mm / 15.4" discharge conveyor keeps finished portions moving efficiently to the next production step. The F 1000 is also designed for straightforward dismantling without special tools, helping simplify cleaning, sanitation and product changeovers.
