Description

The Roser TL-235/3665 Electrically Heated Crate Tunnel Washer is a commercial and industrial crate washing system designed for food processors, meat processing plants, butcher shops, and other facilities cleaning reusable plastic crates and trays. Capable of washing up to 300 crates per hour, depending on crate size and soil conditions, this compact washing tunnel is ideal for operations seeking consistent cleaning without a conventional powered conveyor system.

The TL-235 utilizes a manual crate-to-crate advancement system. Operators feed crates into the tunnel, pushing preceding crates through the washing and rinsing zones. The machine is equipped with electrical resistance elements to heat the recirculated wash water.

Its two-stage cleaning process combines heated, filtered wash water with a fresh-water rinse. Stainless-steel construction, easily accessible components, removable spray nozzles, and a crate return rack simplify operation and routine maintenance.
