The Mainca Model RC-20 Single-Action Mixer utilizes a unique mixing concept that ensures a perfect & homogenous mix in the shortest amount of time with both forward and reverse mixing paddle action. In one direction they mix the ingredients and in the other they knead the dough eliminating the air (perfect for dried cured sausages). The Mainca Model RC-20 Single-Action Mixers are used for many products such as sausage, meat loaf, chicken, stuffing, salads (potato), pasta, tuna fish, spices and soft cream cheeses, just to name a few. The Mainca Model RC-20 Single-Action Mixer is extremely versatile and suitable not only for the meat industry but also for food and catering for mixing a variety of products. The same Mainca Model RC-20 Single-Action Mixer can also be used in the cosmetics industry to mix, creams, soft paste and liquids. With the Mainca Model RC-20 Single-Action Mixer's breaker arms removed, it can be used as a massaging/marinating machine with high liquid absorption. Resulting in a very fast, very thorough, yet very gentle mix. The T-shape paddles in the Mainca Model RC-20 Single-Action Mixer are carefully designed to ensure all contents are thoroughly mixed and can be easily removed for cleaning and the bowl is easily tilted for emptying.The Mainca Model RC-20 Single-Action Mixers are NSF certified, constructed of all #304 stainless steel and comply with EC and USDA regulations.
