The Predator X SLS-440 High-Speed Frozen Meat Slicer is an industrial meat slicing machine engineered for high-volume production of thin, uniform portions from frozen and tempered meat products. Formerly offered as the SHF-440, the Predator X combines automatic product feeding, precision servo-controlled slicing, and touchscreen operation to produce consistent cuts at speeds of up to 320 slices per minute.

Designed for beef, pork, lamb and other compatible meat products, the SLS-440 is ideal for shabu-shabu, hot pot meat, Korean BBQ, bacon, steaks, ham, sausage and other portion-controlled sliced products. Slice thickness can be adjusted from 0.5–25 mm, allowing processors to run everything from ultra-thin hot pot products to substantially thicker portions.
