The mincing head is engineered for ease of cleaning and minimum heat generation. The Mainca PC 82 Meat Grinder grinds all types of meat to an even and uniform texture. The oversized feedscrew allows meat to feed more easily to improve output in both first & second mince. The Mainca PC 82 Meat Grinder and #22 grinding head assemblies are manufactured with all #304 stainless steel.
