Description

The Roser TL-235/3706 Steam-Heated Crate Tunnel Washer is a compact industrial crate washing machine designed for food processors, meat processing facilities, butcher shops, and other operations requiring efficient cleaning of reusable plastic crates and trays. With production capacity of up to 300 crates per hour, depending on crate size and contamination level, the TL-235 provides a practical sanitation solution for small- to medium-volume operations.

Unlike conventional conveyor-driven crate washers, the TL-235 features a manual, crate-to-crate advancement system. Operators introduce crates at the machine entrance, with each new crate pushing the preceding crates through the washing and rinsing sections. No powered conveyor belt is required.

The two-stage cleaning process combines hot, recirculated wash water with a fresh-water rinse. The steam-heated configuration uses direct steam to heat the washing water. An integrated filtration system, stainless-steel wash pump, removable spray nozzles, and convenient crate return arrangement support efficient operation and maintenance.
