Description
The Nantsune Model NTD-165F Libra 165F 3D Frozen Fixed Weight Meat Slicer allows for large volume fixed weight slicing and large volume fixed thickness slicing of a wide range of frozen meat products such as beef steak, belly and loin products. Ideal for fixed weight slicing of beef rib, roast steaks and sirloin steaks. The operator of the Nantsune Model NTD-165F Libra 165F 3D Frozen Fixed Weight Meat Slicer first places the product on a displacement sensor that, without contact reads the shape and weight of the product. After being weighed the product is simply placed on the meat feeding belt conveyor and the start switch is pressed and slicing commences automaticallyThe shape of the meat product is read by the Nantsune Model NTD-165F Libra 165F 3D Frozen Fixed Weight Meat Slicer's 3D measuring instrument before slicing, eliminating the need for weight feedback and enabling fast fixed weight processing. The number of consecutive slices, intermittent slices, and spacing of slices can be freely arranged on the conveyor.
The top product presser, side presser and claws firmly hold the frozen products to prevent uneven slicing thickness. Once the slicing process is completed, the hold to the product are automatically released and the remaining product is ejected onto the conveyor.
The Nantsune Model NTD-165F Libra 165F 3D Frozen Fixed Weight Meat Slicer utilizes a color touch panel that is easy to view and operate. There are no difficult settings, and anyone can easily perform fixed weight slicing.
