The Nantsune Model NAS-330S Hermes S High-Clean Meat Slicer was designed with hygiene and cleanliness in mind. With the Nantsune Model NAS-330S Hermes S High-Clean Meat Slicer the simple, flat and smooth design allows makes it possible to clean the machine with hot water at 185 degrees Fahrenheit (85℃) for more than 1 minute to effectively prevent bacterial food poisoning and norovirus food poisoning. With the Nantsune Model NAS-330S Hermes S High-Clean Meat Slicer's patented feature the meat box can be separated from the round blade surface by simple operation. It is very easy to clean in a large space and very hygienic. Iron parts are replaced with stainless steel and aluminum (with the exception of a few), and plastic parts such as lever switches are replaced with heat-resistant ones. The labels are also heat-resistant and difficult to peel off. The Nantsune Model NAS-330S Hermes S High-Clean Meat Slicer's structure has been revised significantly and the cutting board can now be easily removed and the cutting board itself can be cleaned, making it very hygienic. The conveyors are cassette-type for easy attachment and removal, and can be easily disassembled for cleaning after use. The belt conveyor uses a lightweight, non-stretching urethane belt (antibacterial type).
