The Frimaq Model MC-1000 Automatic Cardboard Die-Cut Tray Mould Machine is pre-equipment for a thermoformer. It Manufactures cardboard molds (or trays of any depth) that serve for the packaging of multiple products that can be both food products and non-food products of any type, taking into account that cardboard trays will be the products container.

The process starts from a cardboard roll without lamination, it is subsequently punched out then made and laminated with a film. This newly manufactured container (or tray) can later have product deposited inside, with the normal process of a thermoformer.

The Frimaq Model MC-1000 Automatic Cardboard Die-Cut Tray Mould Machine utilizes cardboard to make the packaging directly on the machine itself. The set is made up of two synchronized modules, the first (Model MC-1000) which makes the tray with personalized measurements, starting from a cardboard reel, then going on to the next module, placing the barrier liner adhering it to the cardboard before depositing the product in the container. Once the product is placed, the required vacuum, modified atmosphere or Skin process will be carried out, passing to the cutting area and separating the finished containers as a unit.

The cardboard material to be used with the Frimaq Model MC-1000 Automatic Cardboard Die-Cut Tray Mould Machine will result in more than 80% cardboard and less than 20% plastic material. Resulting in a container considered recyclable.
