The Nantsune Model CM-230 Scorpion Automatic Slicer and Dishing Robot is an automatic portioning robot machine that operates together with the Nantsune AZ-341. No modification on the slicer is required installation requires only attaching a sensor and a switchbox to the slicer (operates with the (AZ-241). It automatically dishes the shingled slices of meat onto a tray. The Nantsune Model CM-230 Scorpion Automatic Slicer and Dishing Robot has an output of up to 800 packs per hour. Tray supply is automatic and the trays are available in a wide rand of sizes (Length: 120-300mm, Width: 196-300mm, Height: 25-35mm). The Nantsune Model CM-230 Scorpion Automatic Slicer and Dishing Robot also features automatic tray replenishment. The tray stock can be loaded for 2 piles.

The Nantsune Model CM-230 Scorpion Automatic Slicer and Dishing Robot is capable of a wide range of dishing variations. Such as 3 rows of folded grilled pork belly, pork loinand grilled ginger pork as an example.

Once a piece of meat product is decided by the machines sensors as "no Good for Dishing" the piece of meat will be discharged from the machine keeping all the trays with a near identical end product.
