The Roser Model 9KJ Sani-Compact Integrated Hygiene Station's Integral sanitizing system includes soles washer, air curtain (to avoid excess of water), automatic hand soap dosing, washing and rinsing, hands drying (with the legendary Dyson Airblade 9KJ), and hands sanitizing. A turnstile door will allow access only to those employees that have washed, rinsed and sanitized both hands. A PLC controls all stages of every single worker. When one employee has completed wash and rinse stages, next employee can start washing. Flow rate is one person every 9 seconds.

The three main certifications that must be met in the industry with the FSSC 22000, which ensures that food is safe throughout its journey; the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety (BRC Food), which offers a management framework linked to food safety; and the IFS Protocol (International Food Standard), based on the EN 45011 standard. The regulation of the mechanisms for complying with the previous hygiene requirements is the responsibility of two European regulations; European Regulation 853/2004.23 and European Regulation 852/2004, as well as the implementation of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
